Use nature’s own tools for even more fun on your outdoor adventures! Don’t let bugs, seasonal
allergies, or elevation slow you down! We'll be showing you recipes to enhance your first aid kit,
reduce toxic exposure, improve life on the trail and support your well being, performance and recovery
so you can get back out joyfully. Be prepared with a few tools to have more fun in the outdoors
whether it’s a concert in the park or backcountry bliss. Learn the basics of what therapeutic grade
essential oils are, safety, simple ways to use them and why they’re so effective. Participants get a
personalized iTOVI scan report and will make a custom oil blend, safe for the whole family. Supplies
provided. Melanie is a Professional Coach and Essential Oil educator who loves to empower people
